Just want to comment on what an excellent customer service experience I had. My glasses broke on the frame and I contacted the company. Sent a picture and immediate replacement was sent. This is really excellent customer service and why I purchase from Iheart rather than elsewhere.

These are not my first pair of neck hangers and I’m sure won’t be my last. They are so convenient and I don’t have to constantly wonder where I left my glasses. My only issue with these are they are a bit heavy and bulky compared to my previous ones but that is my fault not the glasses. I will purchase a smaller frame next time.
